		<description><![CDATA[Jose you have a powerful and thought provoking voice.  Thank you for taking the lead in the discussion regarding teacher voice.  I agree that &quot;speaking out and speaking up&quot; is integral and &quot;the way we invest in our voices matters in a huge way.&quot;  Yes, we have to work &quot;harder worker for the kids&quot;  and do &quot;this with students and for students.&quot; When teachers have a &quot;seat at the table,&quot; education for all children will improve.  You are a courageous leader of teachers.  Thank you.  p.s. I love making bulletin boards and if I ever find myself at your school I&#039;ll make one for you :)]]></description>

		<description><![CDATA[Teacher voice means sticking one&#039;s neck out, taking a risk, being courageous.  Perhaps I&#039;m more stupid and näive than courageous, but, I find that many teachers in their respective places of employ aren&#039;t willing to be courageous.]]></description>
